Sam is enjoying dating new girl Cady – but Sock and Ben are concerned that she may be the spawn of Satan. The Devil doesn’t cut Sam any slack on account of his love life, and gives him the job of hunting down the souls of two bank robbers…

Sam and the crew have to face a tag-team of adversaries again, something we’ve seen before in earlier episodes, although this time there’s a lot more going on. This episode sees the added element of righting a past wrong – for these souls once left a hapless bank manager stewing for 14 years in jail when he was falsely accused of helping them carry out their last heist.

Most of the laughs come from Sock and Ben’s refusal to rest until Cady can be pronounced “Devil-free”. Sock’s idea: get her into a hot tub in his garden, get her naked, then check for the ‘666’ mark. Sam’s not convinced they’ll find anything; but if she’s clean of Satanic influence, why do plants and animals keep mysteriously dying around her?

With some great chemistry between Bret Harrison and guest star Jessica Stroup as Cady (they actually seem to work better together than Harrison and Missy Peregrym, who has never been given enough chances to shine) and some amusing moments from Tyler Labine, this is another a neat episode. VERDICT: 7/10
