Amy Adams has been cast in the role of Lois Lane in Zack Snyder’s upcoming superhero adventure, Superman: Man of Steel.

It follows the actress’s recent Best Supporting Actress nomination for the boxing drama The Fighter. Adams will also soon be seen on our screens in The Muppets – a film that Total Sci-Fi is also pretty damn excited about.

The Superman: Man of Steel cast list is growing by the week, with Kevin Costner recently joining the production as Jonathan Kent.

Meanwhile, Zack Snyder’s most recent film, Sucker Punch, opens in the UK on 1st April. Look out for Total Sci-Fi’s imminent review…
