In yet another casting "could be, may be, might be", The Daily Mail has Sam Mendes in talks with Ralph Fiennes for yet another "undisclosed, unconfirmed, sshh-shhh - it's a secret!" role.

Looks like Zack Snyder's decisive "Hey guys - this is my Superman!" hasn't rubbed off on everybody else...
