Dynamite Entertainment, who currently own the Battlestar Galactica licence, have obtained the rights to create comics based on all the different iterations of the Stargate TV series.

Stargate SG-1 Season 11 is to be written by Brandon Jerwa, while the adventures of Stargate Atlantis continue with a sixth season penned by Doug Murray.

New series Stargate Universe will be written by Chuck Dixon with artwork by John Watson and cover designs by Dave Dorman. A prequel issue will be released in the run up to the show's American premiere on the SyFy Channel in October.

Dynamite also plan to launch a budget title, Stargate #0, which will promote all three versions of their stories.
